Paris United on twitter reported this a long while back, maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago. At that time they said PSG preferred our offer and working with us so they met with Aurier as well as let him talk to Poch to convince him joining us was the right move.

Also considering he and Ibra had a very public (which we've debated often about) falling out I don't think MU are in any hurry to put that band back together. They also have Valencia and Darmian which he'd have to compete with for his spot.

Not sure how he would possibly know, but my Liverpool supporting mate who follows their ITK quite closely suggested that we will announce Aurier tomorrow, and added that both us and Liverpool are in for a big week.

Call me old fashioned but if a guy signs for you because it is a financial decision of his club and not his own personal preference then we are making a bad signing. I read Foyth explaining why he wants to join us compared to the other interested clubs and I am filled with positive anticipation of his arrival. I read things like this (plus the guys past history) and I can't help but naturally have misgivings.

Think this has been stated as old news. PSG got him to talk to us and he's coming. United weren't interested enough to make a move, we were. Sure I read that he'd spoken to Poch then agreed to come, coincidence??
