I don't think this will mean Rose is off because I think the club sees Sessegnon as an AM, but this is Ryan is the only replacement that is acceptable if it were to go down.

Sessegnon has been playing LB this season though.

If we sell Rose, we better be getting Martial in return. If not no deal
If the murmurings are true that we bid for him then I think that is the case.

Really excited about what our squad may look like now cos 5 weeks ago I didn't expect anyone

I'll say it again, does anyone who has seen Sessegnon play think he is capable of holding his own as a premier league left back this season?

Puts a lot of pressure on Davies if this happens and Rose goes.

slim shany:
It's actually the new agents pushing for it
fucking agents ruining football and always meddling in our transfers, oh wait... I feel extremely dirtier knowing that we may benefit from an agents greedy/guiding hands for a change.

at this point as a fullback he's very similar to KWP in he's excellent going forward but defensively he'd be shredded against the big sides.

You say this, but i really don't see how another season in the championship is going to help his progression more than coming to a PL club, especially one with a history in developing youngsters would right now? Surely getting him acclimatised to a much higher calibre of football, even if its not straight into the first team, is the best thing for him.
Believe it or not a lot of agents actually do whats best for their clients in the long run.

I see him as an attacking wide player, who would be ideal this season as our fast wild card on the bench, he would not expect too much game time and would happily do on the bench I would put money on it now his future lies as an attacking player.

The other factor in our favour with him is he does love Scott Parker - did an interview about what a major influence he has had, father like figure etc etc - we have a brand new academy coach - Scott Parker!

im not going to explain a post that was clearly meant to be taken as a joke. I never thought I'd run into an agent defender on SC, lol.
I think you are underestimating the quality of football that can be played at championship level, especially at some of the higher end clubs and the importance of game time has for a youngsters development. Personally I'm found of Jankovic Fulham's manager, as he seems good for youth and he plays some slick football.

Don't get me wrong I'd much rather have Sessegnon on our books, the sooner the better, but as I've posted before our club has approached this transfer with a long term objective in mind and ultimately that's why im pretty confident we'll get our man with or without an agent's help. Tho it is shamelessly appriciated.
