Sorry but all players including Ronaldinho will go where the money is! He will get more at other Prem League clubs as well at in Italy

You mean like Adriano??? or Riquelme???

Not everyone cares about the money, see our own Mr Bent as an example of this.

He will go where he feels he can be most successful, which probably isn't us.

I'm not saying he will play for peanuts, but money wont be the single deciding factor.

i heard this on talk sport. There european correspondant said that
Ronaldinho told his brother, who is also his agent, "go to spurs, find out if this interest is genuine, if it is i will go there" I dont know how true this is but it would be a quality signing. Remember this guy earns millions each year in private sponsership and to go to an already successful team does nothng for him, where as if he went to an average team and made them successful it looks all the better on him.

would be a huge coup if we pulled it off though wouldnt it? In my hopeful mind is that Ronny is a proud man and he has been getting stick all over the place for being over weight and passed it. So he says to himself - where can i go to prove to everyone i am still one of the best in the world? here are spurs, a london based club with a long and proud history, potentially on the brink of great things, with a manager i respect and know is one of the best...I go to london with spurs, they break into the top four and within 2 years i am back playing mesmerising football in front of the world on the biggest stage in club football, receiving all the plaudits i deserve...

Me?!? Im gonna believe this theory...

my brp phoned me and told me this story, and I laughed (nervously).. But, I suppose, maybe, just maybe, it could happen.

I don't see this one happening, but we might just have to pull off a move like this to keep Berba. He would have to think twice about leaving if we signed Ronaldinho and/or Gattuso (see other thread). We might have to make a move very early too.

He'd party London out on its feet. Meanwhile ticket prices go up to pay for him to sleep off his hangovers.

That's what I was thinking

I just can't see Ronaldinho playing in England. Can you imagine him turning out for an away game game in Wigan in Jan? Shitty pitch, freezing cold and getting kicked up in the air. He's be on the next plane to Milan.
Saying that i'd love to see him in Enlgand and i'd shoot my load if it was in a Spurs shirt but it ain't going to happen.

Ronaldo does it, can't see it being any different for Ronaldinho!!

Just for fun, I closed my eyes and imagined that toothy grin above that proud navy cockerel on the pristine lilywhite...

... I now have to wash my clothes.

dream worlds are fuuuun!!!! Its mouth watering but not going to happen.

we can but pray!

Well we can do more than that. I can get in touch with someone who knows someone who can have them held hostage at gunpoint and force them to sign for Spurs and love every minute of it.

Just depends how much you want them.

ahhhh but that would be the easy way, i much prefer the will they wont they for the whole summer and for us to then receive a letter writen on the back of a plane ticket to greece saying thanks spurs your interest in me was very cute but i wont be signing for you.
