Everyone me included using Hakimi as the example but the point is isn't it more bang for your buck to spend 60m on a starting RWB that will start around 30 league games over 50m attacking midfielder/forward who only comes in for son or kulu?

That's my issue. But then again there maybe wasn't a ready made elite RWB we could get but I find it hard to believe there wasn't a super attacking RB or a RW that could have suited the role

Okay so you find it hard to believe there wasn't a super attacking RB or RW that could fit the role, but somehow the only one people can name on this site is Hakimi who wasn't coming here. So who's this unicorn of an RB that you want us to purchase?

Glad that our pre-season was both physically and mentally taxing. We'll need to tap into those reserves as the WC later this year , will most certainly impact us and many other teams. Hopefully, we can take advantage of that.
