I agree we have been 3rd or 4th best and that’s where we will finish.

But we need to be better. We have outperformed weak opposition and almost lost our CL place.

I think Arsenal and Utd will continue to be weak and Chelsea inconsistent.

We can’t perform to our competitors level. This is a great opportunity for us to solidify us as competing at the top end in the table.

I think it is only fair to remember back to 2016 when we got stuffed by Newcastle on the last day of the season and finished with Arsenal sneaking into second place.

Many said Arsenal didn't deserve it but added the final table never lies. They did in fact have a better season.

Strange, strange moment. I am so truly grateful to Arsenal football club. I mean really. Yesterday sucked the life out of me. I was facing the prospect of seeing my beloved Spurs in a CL semi-final and not really being able to look forward to it! And now, thanks to AFC and their generosity of spirit (and I refuse to interpret it in any other way) (oh, and a quick shout out to my friends at United too) I am able to truly enjoy the next few days, building up to fully relish the most important game in my lifetime. And so thoughtful of them too, I mean to give this incredible boost to our players just when they need it the most - Son, for example will be on fire now - well, I can't just can't thank you enough you beautiful Gunners! (We should all really send them something nice... can anyone make a mean Lasagna?)

It's pretty incredible that we have qualified for CL given our rancid form. Lots of thanks need to go out to United and Arsenal. Over the course of the season, we deserve top 4. It was just easy to lose sight of this given how bad we have been in recent months. I'm delighted that pressure is gone. Put absolutely everything into Wednesday night.
