I would have thought we would be OK before but we have no leader. A Graham Roberts would have grabbed these twats by the bollox and got them over the line. Most of them are to bothered about how they look on instagram rather than playing the game that pays them too much and made them famous.

Agree.
If phase 1 of Poch's reign was getting rid of Adebyor et al than its safe to say phase 2 is about to peak with getting deep into the Champions League but potentially going back into Europa.
Phase 3 is imminent, players know it.

Sorry, the he I meant in the second sentence was Poch. Dier isn't fit, he's out of form but even when he is I don't think he's good enough except for the bench.

Thinking exactly the same. Poch said about the future being "painful"....If they have been told something that resulted in today's behaviour then all I can say is "Bad Move".
