Yeah it’s going to be very annoying going fifth in all likelihood on Monday night. I just can’t see Palace it Burnley causing Chelsea or arsenal enough problems but I hope to be pleasantly surprised.

I would take 5th and winning the CL (messi to get injured in the 2nd leg of the semi and missing the final).

I read it on here so not quite official, but they can’t let us play two days before the CL semi surely. Maybe they’ll squeeze us in on the Sunday at midday or something.

5 teams. Top 4 plus CL OR EL winner if outside top 4.

Only if both CL and EL winners are outside top 4 will 4th not be enough.

Because of where Liverpool are, we don’t need to worry about that as no team from outside the top 4 will win the CL. The only team that could feasibly do that is us in which case we’d have qualified via CL.

We have totally blown CL football next year. A month ago we were talking about the title, now we'll be lucky to finish 5th.
