Hopefully that half puts an end to any ideas in pochs head that josh is a wide midfielder, was our best central player when he moved inside

I have to say, whilst Dier is important in allowing us to switch from a 4 to a 3 at the back, a 50m player he ain't. He verges on outright reckless with his distribution far too often.

I am hoping they leave KWP and CCV on, they need this experience.

Onomah has been good, GKN ok, Dembele is quality.

I agree. When Onomah moved to a central position and went deeper to get the ball, we dominated the game for 10-15 minutes.

To my untrained eye it looks a lot like we're playing very narrow on the right (bar KWP), and every time PSG come down that side KWP is being left exposed.

The kid needs helping out.

Missing Thiago Silva, Verratti, Lucas, Matuidi, Di Maria and Draxler. Not sure first 11 but they're the best players missing in first half for psg
Shit, I forgot Dimaria and Draxler. But isn't Matuidi leaving?

Weird people disagreeing that Trippier is more attacking than Kyle Walker. But hey football for fans is about onions.

I'd counter with Walker was caught out of position far more times than Trippier was last season but I guess people would disagree with that too

Kwp looks good, as does Onomah & Gk

Started 4231, went to a lop sided 3 at the back then 433, nice to see how easy we can change formation even though this is our first pre season game

CCV desperately needs a loan. Needs to learn all the mistakes that he makes in senior football. Very much like Caulker did IMO. Checkatrade and u23 football really isn't enough for him.

I've liked Onomah, his pass into Janssen for Davies 'chance' was brilliant.

GKN bright spots but also a few down moments. I feel like he's a player who is better when he doesn't have time to think.

Chris is sensational in his movement, vision and technique. That goal was outrageous.

Lloris fine
KWP promising, clever attacking player.
CCV cumbersome, poor decisions, immobile.
Vertonghen fine.
Davies okay.
Dier okay.
Dembele good.
Nkoudou good.
Eriksen good.
Onomah okay, wildly out of position and it shows.
Janssen poor.
