I tune in for 2 minutes and they score, ffs.

Anyway, as much as we need these teams to drop points, I wouldn't expect Arsenal to do so here, it's in their many away games. I don't actually care about them going above us at this stage because like @Gbspurs we're lucky to even still be in the top 4.

Thing is some of these teams are looking like dropping points but not doing so, at this stage in the season we need for them to start actually fucking up and not just looking like doing so. Hopefully that will start with United tomorrow.

Arsenal still look fragile defensively. Rondon could bully Mustafi off the park if they start getting the ball into him from wide.

5 at home and 2 away for us
5 away for Arsenal and only 2 at home...

So Arsenal win here will have 2 pts in the bank, we just need to pick up an extra win to finish ahead of them (depending on GD)
...hopefully this is our saving grace

Was trying to avoid SC today as knew it would be toxic on here but it's like watching a car crash this season - can't help but look.

Worst part of all this is that it's our own complacency and stupid mistakes in the past couple of months that have killed us.

I'll go one better.

I turned off when the goons scored after a few minutes, watched the rest of Mastermind :pompous:
then turned it back to see the score

"oh wow it's 0-0 must've been disallowed"

Literally 3 seconds later they scored. :shifty:

off it goes again...

They've also only won 1 away game since about November and that was against Huddersfield. Their away games are
Everton (could be difficult having picked up some form)
Watford (Always a test)
Wolves (who have taken points from everyone in the top 6)
Leicester (could be any sort of Leicester that turns up)
Burnley (could still be fighting to stay up)

:ROFLMAO: I hate shit like that. I was shuffling my feet as if to help drag the ball wide before it agonisingly went in. Wankers.

Honestly if we had those fixtures to still play I would not feel confident of top 4 at all.

the fact that were in a position where we have to rely on arsenal to drop points at home to newcastle, tells you all you need to know about how far the tables have turned
