Crazy to think Jose probably got the best out of him.
that's because although he pushed it into the press a bunch, it seemed like he really coddled him for a while until he finally was like F it and threw him under the bus. Not saying he doesn't deserve to be thrown under the bus. But i mean at this point, we aren't going to get any money for him, might as well give it another shot with Poche if he comes back, Crazier things have happened in football

If we are 2 goals down and chasing a win then giving him 15-20 mins is fine.

If we are 2 goals ahead I'd not trust him.

looks like he’ll be back for pre season.

we all know how mercurial he is and one moments magic is his trademark.
With our ongoing failure to have creativity, is there any chance, now the game is a 5-sub game that he could become a player called upon for the last 10 minutes? Players knowing his failures when out of possession and pushing him into a old fashioned 10 role, akin to Berbatov who you knew wouldn’t dig in for the hard work but makes magical moments

WTF !

So we would be paying him £200K a week but only using him for the last 10 minutes of a game as he can't be arsed to get fit and would be a liability if played from the start. Not the best thing for team spirt!

I know this will not be popular but I think Lo Celso could play in the prem and be good. Ndombele however would struggle in Scotland
I was one of the few people that didn't want us to sign Lo Celso, but during his time with us I actually became a convert. I don't think he offers enough to be an Eriksen replacement, but he can definitely play deeper as part of a midfield 2 or 3. I was surprised Conte didn't persevere with him. I just think he's been very unlucky with injuries, which meant he could never get a extended number of games in a new league, to fully adjust. He would miss a few games and then come back and look off the pace. Sometimes players need a season or two to get upto speed, even when playing regularly. Unfortunately, in a team with CL ambitions in the Prem, your expensive signings have to hit the ground running.

Ndombele is easy on the eye, but I just don't think he has the right mindset to make the most of his talent.

Use him the way Utd used Cantona - just give him a free role in the middle behind Kane in either a 4-2-3-1 or a 4-4-1-1. Tell him he doesn't have to worry about tracking back - but - he has to perform when he has the ball, that's the trade-off. Give him 12+ games in that role no matter what and then decide. He's lazy as f%$k but super talented.

Great loan for him tbh, probably win a league. Hang out in Italy. Keep his value in a reasonable range.
Eh, we'll see. He's only had 9 starts all season and that was his first goal or assist in almost 6 months.

I still think we'll have to loan him again this Summer as his wages are too high for other clubs/he won't want to reduce them.

Just need to somehow/someway get him to PSG and he'll be able to boss it at least in the league and then it'll be sorted hahaha
