Got rinsed in a foot race with Soyuncu last weekend. I think it's mainly fitness though as he seems to be less explosive than he was.

Certainly for a CB but those top speed stats are misleading (I'm sure previously they have stated Eric Dier is our fastest player even when we had Walker!).

He isn´t slow, but he´s very far from being the speed merchant he was reported to be when we signed him. Have yet to see him outrun any defender in the PL.

If I recall correctly, we paid £27m for him, and I really don’t see us taking a hit on him at this stage.
Far more likely we ship out Lamela and Lucas who are declining in value.
Letting Bergwijn go at this stage would be a big mistake IMO. There’s a really good player in there.

Can't agree more. He's a player that could develop under the right manager yet the other two are as far along as they'll ever be.
