I expect he will be on the bench for the weekend. He will insist on it, and Ange will oblige - but may not play him.
He’s fucking terrible. So relieved when his interest in us was never seriously entertained.Klinsmann really is not a good coach
Should be on the bench v Brighton but after that we will have a tough decision to make. Maybe Werner could swap over to the RW , has he played there much?
What made them believe that Klinsmann was the right person for the job?
Harry did warn us that the future of Jordan football is good
Isn't that a tiny bit reductive? Regardless of whether or not he wins a trophy with club or country, the guy is an absolute legend, and will be remembered as one. It would be incredibly sad if he looked back at his career and felt it was ultimately for nought because he didn't win a trophy. Moreover, it would be tragic if 'fans' felt his career amounted to a hill of beans if he didn't have a winner's medal to show for it when he eventually wraps it up.Forget anything else, I want us to win something so Sonny's career with us wasn't ultimately for nought like H's when all said and done.
It's a bit reductive yes but players of their calibre winning absolutely nothing with us is ridiculous.Isn't that a tiny bit reductive? Yeah, I definitely understand what you mean. And would love nothing more for him and us as fans. But, like I said... I also hope that when he hangs up his boots, and it just so happens that maybe he didn't win a trophy, that he can look back and feel fulfilled. It's a bit reductive yes but players of their calibre winning absolutely nothing with us is ridiculous.
Winning isn't the be all and end all but I'm not asking us to go out and do the quadruple or anything. Just win something every now and FGS. Like we used to do before God started his personal smiting of me in the early 90s.
If that's reductive then so be it. I loved watching Ledley and Keane lifting the league cup and you could see they did too. Winning stuff does still matter at least to many.
Edit: It's not a question of the feelings we have as a club and fans towards them but their individual legacies as players.
I reckon the dodgy grill behind the south stand would do you a deal on a goat sacrifice + 20 burger combo (might be a couple hours' wait for the burgers )Yeah, I definitely understand what you mean. As I do worry a lot about the God Smiting!! Some serious blessings or chicken sacrifices need to be made, as we clearly pissed off one of the higher beings!!!
It does, doesn't it? And his voice seems richer and deeper when doing so.This is going to sound odd, but it seems wierd hearing son speak Korean and not English
