Son always seems like he's putting his body on the line when on international duty. The man just plays through the pain.

Jordan currently 1 nil up against S Korea. 57 minutes in and it looks like Jordan are dominating the chances - 13 shots 5 on target compared to just 4 shots none on target for South Korea. They need a Son miracle to get back into it

They are really up against it now, such a shame for Son, because they have a real chance to win this. He doesn't look 100% fit though, and South Korea are carrying quite a few pretty weak players, to put it kindly... On the other hand, they have been leaving it late all throughout this tournament so let's see

HF, SK's defence has finally caught up with them. For all the good it might do us.

Wouldn't be surprised to learn Sonny is out for month or two on his return.

Let's be honest - South Korea have been very ordinary in the previous 2 rounds and incredibly lucky to proceed.

Both them and Japan were absolute clown shoes in defence/keeping throughout. Very disappinting from two of the favourites.
