stick a fork in him, he is done.

Like everyone else, I appreciated his work rate and hoped he'd come good, but I saw all I need to see tonight. That looked like something Id do in my over-30 city league.
I like Soldado but the last thing I'd say I've been impressed by would be his work rate. In fact he seems a pretty lazy player, Adebayor works much harder than he does. I've been impressed more by his touch, vision, and passing (except for that moment today).

I haven't seen the amtch so i dont know how bad his miss-ed pass was. It's not the first time and its unlikely to be the last. He's just abit like Torress back in the day. However what you proposed is basically a poison pill. I wouldn't do that until there really is no hope...maybe if i saw the miss i would be equally hopeless, who knows.
If you still haven't seen it......here goes

Having followed Spurs for 25 years, I now rate Soldado as better than Edson Silva and Paul Mahorn

Klinsmann
Lineker
Sheringham
Berbatov
Keane
Kane
Crouch
Gudjohnsen
Kanoute
Adebayor
Barmby
Armstrong
Defoe
Iversen
Mido
Pavlyuchenko
Walsh
Bent
Saha
Durie
Rebrov
Ferdinand
Rosenthal
Postiga
Campbell
Hamdaoui
Zamora
Hendry
Slade
Fenn
R.Allen
McVeigh
Booth
Rasiak
Doherty
Soldado
Edson Silva
Mahorn
The sad thing is that Rasiak would probably have scored as many for us had he had the same amount of first team appearances.

To me his mistake was the most costly of the three pathetic mistakes yesterday and I believe had we taken the lead the dynamic of the game would have changed and benefited us and we would have progressed from the tie

Soldado much as I always liked him and always wanted him to be a success is never going to cut it- he has zero confidence and he is mentally weak

We might well have to pay Valencia more money if we sell him.

Well I don't expect we'll see him in a Spurs shirt again, no more Europe and just league games at home so that was pretty much his resignation letter

I still believe in you Bobby.
Not me mate not any more. I have supported him since day one until yesterday. From his body movements he shows he has lost but all the confidence he once had. Thank you Bobby but apologies you have to move on for the good of both parties. Next.....

Bloody hell!!! I was working yesterday so just seen this shocker of a pass now. What a cock-up. How many chances do we need to be giving RS? That goal at that time would have put us in a great position for winning that game. The guy has had so many opportunities. Sometimes it just does not work out. Seems this is one of those times. Us fans have stood by RS. Though I think in the summer we need to cut our losses here and put it down to bad luck. I wish it would come good for him but the evidence currently is that it isn't working for him and us. Shame, but there you go.

It's common knowledge among people who want to feel slightly better that we only wasted £13m on him rather than £26m.
Agree there but Bobby is 29 and Erik is only 22. We've supported Bobby all this time and I expect we give the kid same treatment.

Er, not sure what Lamela has got to do with it. I was just saying that the idea that we only paid £13m for Soldado is not a fact, just a story from a couple of sources no different to the story from other sources that we paid the full £26m. People will believe what they want to believe though if it sounds better.
