Horrendous just like Trippier. How on earth KWP isn’t getting chance now is beyond me. This is a massive blind spot from a manager who apparently loves bringing youth through. Not sure what’s weirder, him not getting chance or him seemingly being totally fine with it. KWP is wasting his career here.

Said this in the match thread but Poch has seriously failed with KWP, how has he played so little minuted when we have Aurier and Trippier? Shocking really

Alexander-Arnold, Wan-Bislama, Max Aarons, Reece James

So many good talented English RB right now all getting playing time, KWP was better than them and had higher potential than them 2-3 seasons ago

People aren't gonna like what I say here, but KWP isn't the answer.

I don't think he's got what's needed to be a top FB around the top of this league.

I don't think he'll get his defensive game sorted enough.

But, to be fair to him, he should have been put on loan long ago to give him a chance to gear-up in this regard.

It’s your opinion but I strongly disagree, he had so much potential. Pace, getting past his opponent, decent crosses, versatile

And he’s not even a bad defender if you compare him to Aurier and Trippier

I've given him so much rope but he's had so many opportunities now and he's an absolute liability, he doesn't suit this type of game, I wanted Trippier in for this one who would have at least made better use of the amount of balls we had in the right channel, poor defensively from Aurier. Honestly think it's time we accept that whoever is RB is not at the level we need defensively and Trippier is our best bet in attack and then see if we can find a solution in the summer.

Sell Trippier, Aurier and Rose. Keep Davies as second choice at LWB and make KWP second choice at RWB. Buy two new wing backs that can actually cross. Some of our wing backs would fail to hit a barn door from 1 yard if they got the chance. It's a fucking disgrace at this level.

Trippier has made poor mistakes, but I at least more often than not trust him with the ball at his feet. Aurier on the other hand, seems to always look unbalanced and overly-sloppy with the ball. It's just always more of a surprise for me to see him to the right thing with the ball than to not.

Wants wingbacks that can cross.

Wants to sell Trippier.

KWP isn't particularly fast, isn't particularly good at defending, he's physically very small and because hes played at lb that doesn't make him "versatile". Hes a very limited player. He's miles behind TAA in every area of his game.

The main issue we have is that all 3 of our rb's can be liabilities.

See this is the thing, what's his poorest mistake this season in a game we lost?

The only League games we've lost in that he's played have been City, Liverpool, Wolves, Watford and United.

He’s fairly fast, is a okay defender if you compare him to Aurier and Trippier, and yes he’s versatile

You only say that TAA is better because he’s got the chance to play, if KWP was in TAA situation and vice versa you wouldn’t say that

Playing football is KEY to progress and develop, KWP barely getting any minutes for seasons now has obviously affected him as a player it’s common sense

Wheres your evidence hes a better defender? You've just said yourself hes not had many minutes. No, TAA is better because he's been blessed physically with height and lightening pace. Could it possibly be that KWP doesn't play because the people who see him training every day see a player whos liable to cost us games?

It's the same old academy bias shite over and over. KWP isn't good enough and will probably never be good enough.

He played well until that clearance, which on his weaker foot, back to the pitch, with no support from any where, was hardly horrendous. I was more mortified by Sissoko and Eriksen’s attempts to stop the attack afterwards, and Vertonghen falling asleep, but I guess they’re too popular to dog out.

Where did I say he was a better defender? And TAA isn’t much faster than KWP, and there’s been games this season where he’s been poor but Klopp still played him because as a young player you need minutes to get better

And stop with this academy bias shit, I say he should play because our RB aren’t much better and he has potential not because he’s from the academy
