If this was Kane or Ericksen there wouldn't even be a debate. Most of you would need to see CCTV and even then you would say "how do you know that its really him?". But with Aurier "there's no smoke without fire", "time to get rid", etc....

Kane and Eriksen would never be in this situation as they chose higher quality life partners with good values and of sound moral character. Which of course reflect their own character as well.

If, he was arrested and missed the squad on Sunday, you would kind of expect the Club/Poch to be annoyed about it.

Time will tell I suppose.

Van Der Vaart has already been in this situation and was charged for it

But club legend, Spurs hero, Arsenal slayer etc.. no one ever mentions it, wonder why ;)

A fair question. Maybe unlike Aurier, he changed his manners and straighten up. Aurier has been charged and sentenced to jail for two months after attacking a police officer. Not a first..

That is the only incident he's been charged with, the same amount of charges with VDV so we need to be fair and judge them the same.

I don't think he's bad but then I don't think he's that much better than Trippier. Basically nothing has changed from 12 months ago. We need rid of both him and Trippier and a proper high class (and quick) right back brought in to compete with KWP who should be given a chance to make the spot his own alongside the new guy.

I don't enjoy either of them to be frank, one thing I will say on Trippier is Poch said he was managed badly during world cup where he did his groin in the semi-final and then played 3rd place and has had to manage it ever since, so with that caveat I want to give him the benefit of the doubt until he gets a good summer rest but if I'm honest I think it's an area we need to improve. I'd rather KWP goes in there, he can't make more mistakes than these 2 have and at least at his age, each mistake would be a learning curve but he's only going to get better through playing.

I think your latter point has some merit here. I'd say the inconsistency we're seeing from Aurier primarily (due to his lack of time under Poch) is not dissimilar to Walker/Rose when Poch first started with them.

I hope Poch can do more with Aurier and Trippier, however longer term i'd love some of that magic to be focused on KWP. The kid deserves more football IMO and has more than shown himself to be worthy of it.

Just came in here to say this guy is absolutely piss poor, so bad its untrue. I suspected it early in his first season but thought he deserved a chance but if anything he is getting worse.

It will come out one day that he had a twin brother who killed the real Serge in a jelous rage and has now taken his place. Shocking footballer.

A couple of the people think it’s because he donated to the Sala appeal thing, but he hasn’t sent a picture to everyone who donated. Let’s see
