It's like I said when he was signed, he works hard and he's a great person, but I always questioned the value of the transfer, but I understood that it was expensive because it was a domestic transfer. But in my opinion he doesn't have great potential, now I think it's a matter of taking advantage of his versatility as a inside forward who presses well, or a backup striker, but I don't think he should be seen as a successor to Kane if he leaves. Here in Brazil we love the character he is, super friendly and humble, but it's hard to find many who think he could be a star. We haven't had a good number 9 since Luis Fabiano and he doesn't seem to be the answer despite a good World Cup appearance

Antonio can fuck off. He’s scored 61 goals in 8 seasons as their main striker. That’s about 7.5 goals a season. What a player.

Wilson up until this season, also had 61 goals in 7 seasons, which is just under 9 goals a season. Now he’s finally had a good season (18) he’s giving it large. He said some shit about Richarlison after he did that bit of skill against Forest earlier in the season too, saying ‘If someone does that to us, I'm volleying them," and called it disrespectful. Ironic…

He’s had a shit season but as mentioned above, almost all our players have. Let’s see what he can do next year and hopefully he shuts those twats up. Not sure current footballers should be doing weekly podcasts and laughing at other professional players, almost always comes back to haunt them!

That's a complete dick move by Antonio and Wilson, I'm actually very surprised by that, it's not too often you hear current players slagging off other current players in the league.

I'm surprised at Antonio as I've always thought of him as a pretty decent bloke, but not at all surprised about the unpleasant, sneering Wilson.

How many disallowed goals did he score? Pre VAR he would have had more than what he ended up with. But it was his first season with us, while we went into chaos and there was a World Cup mid-season (which he took by storm as Brazil's number 9 by the way).

He'll get better and he is why I am not as bothered as I may have been were Kane to go. Give Richarlison a run as the central striker and I bet he'll get the goals. Fine nowhere near Kane levels, but enough to see us through a season. He has been played out wide right (his weakest position of the front three) or on the left for us. That is never factored in. He works his socks off every game as well.

Plus Richy would smash both outside a Toby Carvary on a Sunday.

I love Richy.

He's just a typical forward who needs a couple to go in for him. We've had Son go on a long run without a goal but then they start flowing. I'm sure he will be the same.

I'm not sure how well he will fare next season if Kane is still here. Most of the coaches still linked to the job like their widemen to be wingers that thrive in 1v1 situations and that is not Richarlison. Unless we see a formation that utilises a front two he will have yet another season with limited minutes.

Richarlison excels at one touch fluid football, a bit like Dele did. We don’t play one touch football.
Mate he has been at Everton who are the total opposite of that and thrived.

It's just been a bad season through Conte not giving him a chance, Injury and then needing a goal

Yup. Reality is that he’s not a winger. He’s a 9, end of.

A reasonable one, but not a great one IMO

If we start with him though (assuming Kane leaves) I won’t be too worried. Think he’s do OK with the right players around him
