Now I realise why so many people detest him. Need to phone Klinsmann and get some diving lessons. When Gazza did his ball juggling it was after he had done some decent stuff in the game and in the centre circle or in low key moments in the game.

I don't get why people get so upset about the showboating. Just win the ball then. Surely the best time to showboat is in the opposition half when a couple of goals up though.

Loved his effort to win back the ball and then the cross with the outside of the boot. The fact he winds up Carragher so much is a bonus.

People will be talking about him because of his shithousery, but that ball to Kane was Bale-esque. The strength to win the ball back was impressive too.

Just what Conte loves, he ran down a lost situation and created a goal.

I love Sonny but that just doesn't happen if he was in the same situation.

It was a bit of shithousery when he was surrounded by defenders who were on bookings, at a time when we needed to kill the clock. He knew he’d get clattered and that we’d benefit from it. Can’t imagine why any Spurs supporters would object to how he played it.

So, in summary, he drew 2 yellow cards (Johnson’s was most definitely an orange), had an outside of the boot cross that couldn’t have been placed any better for the match sealing assist, did some cute little keepy uppy and got kicked in the dick and balls. Now THAT is a cameo.

If everyone hates us already, I’m glad we are leaning into that. Romero and him on the pitch is going to be just glorious viewing.

Really pushing for a start, spammers might suit him, really has Son on his toes now, but great to have the options from the bench this yr.

Love him, fantastic option from the bench and would trust him to start in place of either son or kane for rotation purposes, we’ve lacked that for years so happy we’ve finally addressed it

If we're two goals up against the Spammers and he tries that same trick at their place on Wednesday night, I suspect the stewards are going to have their work cut out with some of the home fans and keeping them in the stands I could imagine a few angry revved up Spamners in tracksuits and Stone Island badges making a serious beeline for him and all hell will break loose... just saying......

By the time they reach the pitch they'll be exhausted ?

Saw all sides today, the brilliance, the petulance and the stupidity. We need someone with a bit of the dark arts in him again (not had it since Dele), if he can keep them as a side show but stick mostly to being a brilliant footballer, he’ll do well

Think he’s a very good signing for us and I would start him against West Ham.

Think he deserves it and it send a message to Son as well. Plus West Ham are a very physical side.

However, call it “shithousing”, winding up the opponent, feigning injury. Whatever. I don’t like it in a player. Never have, never will.
