Its a good job we got that loan for Veliz in Janaury, will be vital for his development........ or something like that.
Tbf both Son and Werner can plays at CF, i mean its Werner's primary position, so we should be okay. Just have to hope Solomon won't be out for too long.

Actually not bad news IMO.

I think Son out on the left hasn't been working and would rather have seen him play in the ST role with Richarlison on the bench against Palace, except that would have been harsh on Richarlison who was found some form lately.

So this allows us to change things up, probably for the better, without worrying about upsetting a key player.

This is how I am seeing it. A kind of silver lining in a way.

I don't understand how the one season when we're in less competitions feels like one where we have had the most injuries.

Starting to wonder about the value of our weekly "hit players with hammers" training session.

This happens a lot when new managers come in, especially those new managers who have very demanding styles that the players he takes over aren't used to. See how many injuries Liverpool had in Klopp's first season as an example.

I imagine training and matchday with Ange vs with late Conte and the interims (great band name) is like night and day. A season of adaptation is perfectly normal.

Might be okay for the Palace-game... but Richy has been in very good shape lately and it's not a good thing for our options during games when we are missing top players 🤷‍♂️ ... I would prefer to have good options and more rhythm. We have had far too many interruptions in our starting line-ups this season.
