Damn, didn't expect that! Don't think he'll leave though.

Wouldn't start there either.

I’d sell for 60m+ Depends on who we could get to replace.

I know it’s Madrid but he will barely play there. He’d 100% be a bench option. He’d end up like when Drinkwater went to Chelsea.
Would end his career.

They sold for 60 mill for a soon 31 year old so would need to be in that ballpark for us to consider it, at least around 50.

People slate him, but you can't lose a voice like this in a team and not suffer. Especially when the seaon has already started...

Who’s available that’s better? You’d think Madrid would be going for the best they can get.

Brozovic, Paredes, Neves, Douglas Luiz, Ndidi, are all names I recall us being linked with in the last year or so.

But whether any of them are gettable for the sort of money we’d get for PEH, who knows.

And then there’s no guarantee they fit into the team or hit the ground running.

Seems like too much of a risk for me letting him go at this stage. Imagine him leaving and Winks staying ffs.

Who is realistically better than him that we could get in before the end of the window?

On twitter I see SMS (more of a CAM) or De Jong (could be a good shout but also think he's best in a midfield 3 not a 2)

Can't really come up with any other names, I feel like we'd go for JWP or something, which would cause our fanbase to meltdown again.

With Camavinga and Tchouameni already in place, and Valverde as cover, do they really need to replace Casemiro with a new signing? Jose Felix Diaz is reporting they’ll stick with their current CM options.

Would have to be a big offer and we'd have to have someone better lined up, cause hes one of Conte's generals. But having already got Bissouma in would help if he does leave

Wouldn’t break my heart if he went. Has done a great job most of the time, but quite often wastes his good work breaking up play with poor distribution.

Not happening. We already saw shut down rumours of PEH leaving earlier in the window, can't remember if it was Gold or someone else but they said he's not going.

This would be wrong... this season is so important for Conte's project. And PEH is a leader and one of his trusted players... so unless PEH wants the move... (I don't think he does)... no way... ! ... we are building a strong squad with the right type of players. PEH is perfect for us.
