I suspect he may ‘arrive’ today or tomorrow but the medical will be early next week.

Just a personal viewpoint, but if I were flying in for a medical for the biggest contract of my career, I wouldn't be posting insta stories of myself in a club at 3am the same morning. Not the best look and not the best way to be fresh for a medical.

Anyway that's just my opinion and completely hypothetical as we don't know if he's travelling or doing a medical today.

My guess is he’ll fly to London today, stay at ‘The Lodge’ tonight, have his medicals on Monday afternoon and probably be announced Tuesday at some point.

Plenty of time to recover himself from his late night out!

At this early stage it certainly looks like Brentford have overplayed their hand.

From what I have seen and read, he seems to be a very good keeper. My guess is Brentford thought he was our number one target.

We’ve moved on and at this stage there’s no sign the teams that could/would pay over £30m on a keeper are interested.

I'm most worried about what happens when he makes a couple of mistakes (as any keeper will at some point), and the significant shitty element of our fans start getting on his back. There are far too many entitled supporters amongst our lot.
