Got deadline day written all over it (IMO)
No way we let it drag on until then. I suspect if it's not concluded in the next week or so Paratici will pull the trigger on another target

Interesting to note how that article says we were looking to pay 10m and Gibson wanted 15m with add-ons, 2 weeks ago when it was posted. If all numbers reported are ~true then I can see why this hasn't gone through yet, with latest info suggesting Gibbo wants 20m with a bow tied on. Talk about moving the goalposts. #ThatOleChestnutA quick Google brings up a fair few places saying the same

On Boro forum, some Twitter guy is quoted as done deal, 15m plus add ons to 20m.
I still can't find out if Spence is in Portugal, but still suspect he isn't

?????The ship is steady
Wish it was. My tablet is acting weird.Does that mean it's a done deal as all squares are green now
Maybe yes, maybe no re the speculation. For sure I don't know ?Seen similar on Boro' forums for nigh on a week now. One would think the media would've picked this up by now if it was indeed done.
Speculation me thinks.
Don't think him being in Portugal makes any difference and it's highly likely he's not going on their pre-season tour regardless of us.Maybe yes, maybe no re the speculation. For sure I don't know ?
I do think the key clue ATM is whether he's in Portugal. Surely Boro forum or even official site will tell us today
By who?he’s not on tour its confirmed
It was mentioned an awful lot on here. Where have you been the last 7 months? If you are too lazy to go back to the first page of this thread (where that very question was answered in post #8 by razor1981) then here you go ...I dont know if its been mentioned but why was he actually loaned out to Forest?
Neil Warnock was Boro manager at the time. He said this about allowing Spence to leave on loan:
"I let him go. He needed to sort himself out, really.
"I basically said to him that you can go to the top or you can go non-league.
"I think Steve Cooper is the manager for him, to be honest. He has let him go forward more often, which suits his game."
Depends on what needs doing. I'm sure he can seal the deal from Korea, if etc...Considering levy has just rocked up in Korea he’s probably either letting Fabio take over or leaving it
