I read that Gibson had backed out of negotiations to let them get on with it. With Levy presumably in Korea and the immediate deadline passed it may help create the space needed and take some of the heat out of it. The Chairmen still have phones but it may be enough.

As per today morning news reports, his replacement (Triaist named Tommy Smith) is on the preseason trip to Portugal. It looks like he is staying behind as per some Boro fans but officially they havent made it clear.

Yes I read that Smith is on the trip, but as you say not official yet AFAIK about Spence being missing.
Will check their main forum again, see if any updates
My guess is that he's not on the trip.

Helps cut through the riff-raff and takes like no time. Also, let’s not pretend like your time is so important you can’t spend 30 seconds per page to scan through. Buncha Karens.

I think it was an ITK who said that Levy is family friend's with Spence's agent via the Redknapp family. Don't quote me. That's just my memory. Tried to find an article saying that and couldn't hence my conclusion it was an ITK.
