I am totally convinced there is a major issue here, the fact is if the lad was viewed as integral to Tottenham's immediate future this deal would have been done and dusted. Middlesbrough need more money!! Forest will not pay and it seems Spurs will not pay over the top either. Looking at our current squad Im not sure this deal matters. At the end of this coming season he may be worth 50 mil or 5p, more like somewhere in between, we are just going to have to trust the clubs judgement on this one.
