Fucking hope not. A backup LB for us will still play close to half our games and KWP hasn't looked comfortable for us at LB. It would be a massive disservice to him and the team.

Yeah I'm just struggling to work out what lb we could honestly get who counts as HG and wouldn't be a waste of time. Only Sessegnon and a risky proposition being shaw tbh.

If we miss out on class because the club can't stomach having a £20k per week Nkoudou and a £25k per week Janssen in the team that's a pretty shortsighted way the club are dealing with this off the top of my head what's that roughly £2.5m on wages we'd have to run the risk of swallowing because of this out to get in policy?

If I was Eriksen or Dele I wouldn't sign an extension and run the risk of committing to a club not putting actions into play for a team finishing 3rd and continuously coming up short in semi finals.

Davies is a good back up but should not be a first choice LB in a CL team, if Rose is gone we need to get someone really good in.

He was first choice last season and we finished third and got to the knock out stages of the CL.

As i wrote earlier I believe Davies is first choice because of Roses injuries. Dont get me wrong I like Davies but as a rotation player. He did good last season, maybe you hare happy with status qou but I would like us to challenge for the title.

We have 6 HG Players incl Rose and we need 8. If Rose goes we need 3 HG in, can't possibly see who they could be?

You cant have more than 17 Non Home grown you don't need 8 home grown as you can fill those spaces with youth players anyway.
