I think that’s a galvanizing performance from the team. Backed each other up (Destiny’s error, the Maupay dickbag masterclass, falling behind, etc.). Brennan getting that goal and giving it to Maupay was excellent and should endear himself to the squad and fans all the same. Happy for him and I hope he can really put together good performances, he can be so electric.

Being interviewed just now. Comes across well. Admitted he hasn't been at his best recently. Goal today will hopefully help and think is an example where he can gamble off the ball and get into damgeorus areas it could really pay dividends. Sterling pretty much made a career of it at City.

Well done lad, well bloody done. Loved the attitude and the interview at FT was extremely impressive. Hopefully that is something he builds on now. I've had my doubts but I'm rooting for him all the way, good lad.

Came on, changed the game :)
Bit far.

He came on and did well, and im reqllt happy he got his goal, will do his confidence well.

The game changed due to a tweak in tactics mate, quicker movement forward and passes in front... Werner for me was rhe biggest second half gamr changer.

Brennon did well tonight though

His a good lad and hopefully the goal will help!

Against city he tried something and it didn’t come off the crowd cheered him for having a go!

if we we back him, sing his name, cheer and support him, I am sure he will have a far better chance of success

Baffled by posts in here, our forwards are a problem area for us.

Ange repeatedly says this and this match the probs were clear. Timo showed a glimmer of hope and Richie worked hard. That's it imo.

He played with a bit more fire in him tonight, probably because of the way Brentford behaved and he was much better for it.
He's an intelligent lad and has all the ability, just needs to get riled up a bit maybe?
More aggressive in both defence and attack tonight and a good performance from him.
Settling in a bit more and fighting for the team, so onwards and upwards.

Loved his celebration.

I love seeing this fire and a bit of arrogance, as other people have said. Dele at his best had that in spades.

Yeah this thread has had so much positivity lately, it's getting uncomfortable.

I think he’s going to be a huge star for us. Needs time, patience and probably a rest. If it weren’t for so many injuries, suspensions and losing players to international tournaments I’m pretty sure he would’ve been given a much more gentle integration.
