Be all over by then as I said earlier....just a question of when and where we are presented with the trophy. Those last two do look tricky!
With the exception of Chelsea, we play the other big 6 rivals away first..

Before the game kicks off because by then nobody can catch us anywayAt home against Arsenal of course.
It's going to be weird having FA Cup games on a Wednesday night:
FA Cup Fifth Round Proper Wednesday 4 March 2020

Does anyone know when the rest of the August fixtures are likely to be confirmed for TV dates?
Pity they just didn't release these when they released the fixtures.

Two reasons I could think of. Firstly, there's already so many factors that the randomness is reduced and we see similar patterns all the time e.g. Spurs very often away first day, away to Arsenal in Autumn, home to them in Spring. Adding more will increase this effect. Secondly, I'm not sure it'd be fair. The big clubs avoiding each other would have easier starts to the season and a better chance for momentum compared to an e.g. Leicester or Everton trying to chase them. Not strictly Spurs related but I don't understand why they put some of the "highlight" games so early into the season. The obvious example this time being Chelsea vs. Man Utd on the first day of the season. Rightly or wrongly, that's one of the fixtures that will get a big global audience and therefore should serve as an advert for the PL. Therefore I find it daft to put a game like that on the opening day when it will more than likely be a bit of a shit game with both teams not having quite got up to speed and still "shaking the rust off" etc. etc. Surely the PL want their "big" games to be as entertaining as possible so that they win over new fans and make more money. Putting them so early in the season, even the very first round, is completely counter-productive from where I'm sitting.
