I dont think juve have a chance of 90m from anybody. Especially if they are the ones doing the approaching.

70m absolute tops. Levy would not go beyond that as it would surpass any eriksen sale fee.

Tottenham offensive: 150 million for Dybala and Lo Celso

In Argentina the news opens the news. There is talk in different media that the owner of Tottenham is going to offer his coach Pochettino what he asks, and would have made an offensive by two players of a similar cut but that the Argentine coach of the English team would want to make them play together, he it is about Dybala (Juventus) and Lo Celso (Real Betis). The Argentine media speak of an amount of 150 million euros, 90 for the youth and 60 for the Betic. If those amounts were true, in the case of at least the Betis player, it would begin to approach the 75 million that the Verdiblanco leaders have marked as a market amount for their player.

Precisely, the value that Tottenham has given Dybala would serve Betis to maintain its claims, since the performance of the Juventus Argentine, this last campaign, has been lower in the offensive chapter, although it is true that the trajectory Dybala in that sense has already more travel.

The relevant information is that the commitment to Dybala does not rule out that of Lo Celso, when it might seem in principle. In both cases, it is said that Dybala has suspended his vacations to accelerate the decision on his future, and that Lo Celso is expected in London in the coming days. It will be of course if the amount and method of payment, also very important, add to Betis.

Or, you know, because in his time in Serie A he's gone better than a goal or assist once every other game, including a season with 22 goals and a season with 19 as a second striker/number 10, and he's played excellent football in the CL.

* In a Micky Mouse 1 team league.

Really is like Ricky and Ossie, if Levy can get Dybala for £70M he deserves a fucking medal.

Again the fact that other non spurs related news outlets are picking up on the story is promising, and would indicate that it isn't just us applying pressure to Betis.

They spent big on Ronaldo and De Ligt recently and I know Ramsey is on 400k, plus they added Can on a free last year and Rabiot on a free, I imagine they're on high wages.
Also Higuain , he is on huge wages and the move to cheslea did not work same at AC milan. They want to offload him but Sarri likes Higuain and its rumoured he is going to try and stay and fight. If so then obviously they have to keep paying those very high wages.

Yeah there's a lot of factors which mean it's not impossible, I'd say it's quite likely he leaves, whether that's to come to us is another matter. My opinion is we might be a more appealing club than PSG after our recent champions league run and new stadium along with our coach, we'll see.

I don't think it's solely down to us applying pressure to Betis, though since it was obviously leaked the other day I do think some of that played into the club's decision. I would be cautious of getting too big into the hype around Italian media as they love to get carried away with things (the AS article is just quoting La Stampa).

Di Marzio tends to be a Juve mouth piece so he would be a good one to watch for updates. Other than that any Italian media outlet update needs to receive the heaviest dose of salt imaginable. All these same outlets were the ones talking about Poch and Poch's non-existent agent having secret backroom meetings with Juve regarding becoming their coach.

Anyone who thinks we buy Lo Celso and Dybala and keep Eriksen has still not got how the club is run.

It is the hope that kills you though. Glad when the season starts and the guessing comes to an end.

We must improve our full-backs. I think it would be foolhardy to spend an additional 80m on this guy and go into the season with KWP, Davies, Rose and Aurier as our options at LB and RB. Strengthen where we’re weakest. We did the right thing with NDombele, I hope we do so in other areas.

From what I have seen, Lo Celso is also a CM link player a la Modric? Sessegnon is a logical target... and an RB?

Dybala is exciting but we don’t have an unlimited amount of blank cheques.

We’ve seen those lot over the road continually buy forwards to the detriment of their back line. Let’s not make the same mistakes. Every goal conceded is just as important.

You've missed Foyth out as a RB. He played there for us at the end of last season and he played there for Argentina during the Copa America. He looks set to take over from Trippier this season. I can't see us spending £30M-£40M on a new RB when we've got a guy who's proved he can play in that position against the likes of Man City and Brazil.
Sessegnon will probably be the long term LB. I doubt we'd buy two new LB's in one summer, especially after Davies has just signed a contract extension.

Idiotic bollocks. Juve, Inter, Milan, Napoli, Roma, Fiorentina (prior to last season), Lazio all decent teams. Atalanta would hold their own in the PL too.

For me Dybala makes absolute sense because, and I know it’s not a popular opinion here, Alli is easily the most upgradable player in our attacking line up.

I said it about Dier as CM 12 months ago and was shouted down by some but it’s become more obvious to others now.

A forward line of Son Kane Dybala would be Poch’s dream line up. Then you have Eriksen and GLC alternating for that other role.

For me Alli is the weak link and has been for 12 months now. I just don’t think his all round game fits into the attack of an elite side.

Put it this way, could you see Son or Kane playing for Real Madrid or City or Barca? Yes I could. Could you see Alli though? Not a chance.

That’s not to write Alli off, and if he comes back into form he’s a talent, but I struggle to see how he really fits into a slick dynamic attack which pretty much all elite sides now field.

Going into this season he’s sticks out like a sore thumb as the one we could easily upgrade on with a top talent like Dybala, and I’m sure that is Poch’s dream too.

Whilst I kind of agree with you (hard not to given his form ) yu have to remember the Home Grown rules in all of this.

If fact Juve keeps winning the league for years now means other italians teams are shit, so are we as we can't win anything (and following your logic it means were shit too). Or BVB. Or Madrid. Stop being so short-sighted.

I'm just pointing out the relative competitiveness of the league compared to the PL.

Sure, Serie A clearly has good teams, but their bad teams are a lot worse than ours.
