I hope it turns out great and its never an issue. But people always say this and its just rubbish, shifting players is never that easy.
Nah, young players are often easy to shift and they aren't on huge wages usually.

This is for all the people who complain we don't get new signings in early...Sarr will be ready from the start of pre-season next summer...

Camavinga v Sarr
Soccerment provides a nice analysis too, they're fairly similar

Camavinga does seem superior in most areas to be honest but that is expected, he has more first team experience too and he is clearly the more rated prospect. However that isn't to say Sarr couldn't surpass him over the next few years and improve at a more rapid rate, fingers crossed.

Rennes are also a comfortably the better team, which surely helps.

A few fans elsewhere on the net have said they felt Sarr looked the more impressive out of the two last season so away from stats there is that too.

Agree but I far prefer this kind of deal than a loan with €50m option to buy Gedson Fucking Fernandes.

While I agree, Fernandes was dogshit, but there's nothing that guarantees this lad will work out any better than Gedson did.

The difference is, there's no giving him back if he turns out the same as Fernandes did.

I know absolutely nothing about the lad, but I do know that our record with outfield players from that league isn't exactly confidence inspiring.

Hell, he could turn out amazing. But it's still quite a punt for a lad that's barely out of nappies & has had just 27 professional appearances in his whole life.

Thing is I am a bit worried about Skipp's quality on the ball. I think he has looked good off the ball breaking up play and winning possession, but I'm not sure him and PEH are the best partnership.

We need a ball player and one destroyer. PEH and Skipp are both suited to the destroyer type.
Two very difficult games though, tough midfield battles. Let's see how his passing is against Watford on Sunday.

We’re not paying 50m though, which was an absurd figure.
