Bissouma challenge doesn't look that bad in real time, but slow it down enough and it does. No complaints about the red, but Forest got away with a shit load. Yates was dragging Son around in the penalty area but Michael Oliver described it as 'mutual holding'. No idea what the fuck he was watching since Son didn't have hold of Yates at all. Thought the Ref was shite overall.

Yeah I didn’t like the ooooh by the commentator for Romero’s challenge. There’s no need for it, at the absolute most it was a yellow and never looked any different in real time. Any other player on the pitch and that oooooh noise doesn’t happen.

Also wasn’t keen on the way the commentator and Carragher took the piss out of Porro for a good couple of minutes for the exaggerated grimacing and limping when every single player in the history of football does the same thing every single match.

Yates should’ve been booked 9 times and miss the rest of the season.

Davies was my MOTM. Bissouma is a prick. Absolutely no need for that challenge, you can’t go knee high studs up. You never go knee high studs up…

Emerson most likely
I love this. We somehow manage. A great sense of bravery, resilience, courage, almost heroism. We somehow find a way. To quote (another) Emerson:
‘Our greatest glory is not in never failing, but in rising up every time we fail’

We've been a bit lucky tonight, they could easily have had 2-3 goals.

But Deki has been MoTM - back to his absolute best tonight
That was far and away our worst performance of the year.

I think Forrest has shown the way on how to beat us.

Kick the living daylights out of us until the ref reacts and actually does something because they won't. Refs are too scared now to make a decision or give two yellow cards and will just let matches go completely unregulated for stretches to get themselves over the line.

In other news, Kulu since getting the mask has been insane. Long may it continue, onto Everton, going to be a super tricky match.
The truth

He looks like he’s beefed up a bit, looks a better all round player
Agree mate. Looks slightly quicker too.

A few games this season he's been absolutely gassed by 80 minutes but looks like he could have run another 20 minutes today. Brilliant

Don't think it was that great of a showing on the whole. Some good individual performances, Kulu, Davies, Vic, Romero, etc but I think we were a bit panicky at times and I think sometimes we try and play too quickly and it costs, because there's no composure. Good result though and we move on to the next one.
Think that’s a fair point, but do have to recognise when we’re getting points without playing that well. Still got 3 points and a clean sheet even with 10 men.

Any idea why they took so long for the offside var review? It was so weird looking at 3 players well offside and waiting for slow motion and lines to be drawn. So embarrassing for our game that.

Loved the team tonight, love deki, knew he’d take charge. How they kept on at pedro for going over though felt like bullying. I’m sensitive when it comes to spurs but they even did a Porro cam. I turned it off in the end and watched it in silence: so much better. Is that right I hear Neville is now selling Ange to city?

The loss of control while trying to dribble out caused the issue, but I thought the yellow was enough as it was more a glancing blow than the force being talked about.

Could not believe the engine on Ben Davies. I know he's not praised week in, week out but he has been immense this season
Great to see him recognised and be talked about for motm again though numpties say 'he isn't good enough'. Happy to have him around.
