Many top teams aren't in the same financial position as us nor are they building a stadium.

We have improved the squad every year up to this year. Have you not noticed what's happened over the last five years? We were a team with a small chance of making CL football who generally didn't make it, now we're regulars. We had a few stars like Bale or Modric backed up with a lot of B-list players, now we've got outstanding players all over the pitch. Even a couple of years ago we had a great first XI but lacked quality in depth, now we don't.

And none of this was done by splashing out on star names. But if anyone spends more than us people start freaking out.

Yes really more like, the squad has improved year on year, that doesn't mean it's perfect by any means.

I read all the posts here, look I would be very happy to give our own home grown talent the nod over buying new players, but it's all about what Poch wants.

A huge part of Kane's emergence is our big money strikers failing.
