We do ask people post from reliable/official sources and not any old dickhead with an opinion. Otherwise we'd all be considered as sources

:D
Just an idea but It might one day be worth having our own read only tier list of jurnos and publications that we build each window. I don’t know if it’s probably too much faff but it could be useful maybe.

It wouldn't matter, Schira gets posted in here daily somehow. Hell, even Ekrem Konur still gets posted from time to time

When posting in the Zaniola thread about Chiesa could we please mention Chiesa to avoid confusion.
Thanks.
Word the other day on Zaniola was that we were making our final offer so perhaps Roma are investigating the Milan option to see if they can match us, hence the info about them still holding the door open for us.
As for him pushing for Milan well that could be that he's pushing for a move away from Roma rather than any great preference for Milan as such.

concerning Zaniolo : the Giallorossi will not soften the economic requests , equal to around 35 million euros (or 30, to which bonuses must be added), without conditions on the redemption obligation , with the The aim is therefore to make it a transfer in all respects .

Roma asked Milan if they were actually able to reach the requested amount , to prevent the player from being considered in the pipeline towards the Rossoneri club without actual certainties . Roma , in fact, would not like the player to block other offers arriving from abroad.

Milan have made it clear that they shouldn't reach that figure , but have asked for 24 hours to discuss with the property and try to understand if an effort can be made to arrive - or get close - to Rome's requests. The Rossoneri will also have to evaluate whether such an offer can be made now or only in the summer. In the meantime, Roma could propose foreign offers to Zaniolo and wait for any raises , or wait for the summer , in the event that Milan should make an intervention to bring him only in the next transfer market session.

Agree, there is a football.london article suggesting it COULD be as low as £16-17m but that leaves it open to interpretation that it COULD be as high as 500 fucking million ???‍♂️.

Then another article linking Liverpool quotes around £53m.

Yeah but when you pay Juventus £50m for a player, £17m is what they tell the taxman… :cautious:

If Zaniolo wants AC Milan over us, as some of he media suggest, then we're best to let it go. Don't really want a player who doesn't want to be at Spurs.

He probably would be happy at Spurs but for an Italian to play for Milan would be very hard to turn down.

If we get N’Dika instead and get another AM in summer then I’m fine with that.

It always boggles my mind how Serie A teams seem comfortable selling players to domestic rivals on favourable deals, potentially for even less money than selling abroad.

Never heard of this guy

? Between tonight and tomorrow morning a new contact is expected between #Milan and #Roma for #Zaniolo . He is the first target.

The club ?⚫️ wants to seize this opportunity but won't offer the 30-35 million requested by Roma.

Agreement with the agent already found verbally.

I'll update you ?

also says saint maximin could go to milan

Shame if he’s going to Milan, would’ve loved to have seen him in a spurs shirt under conte and would’ve added some great direct running and creativity to our side and given us an option to play 3-5-2, but if we do miss out on him I don’t think it’s the end of the world ? as long as we do still make a 3rd signing. Either a different AM or a CB and Gil can be the 6th AM.

Thought Chiesa played on the right primarily.
He’s right footed and started out as a more traditional right winger but as he developed his shooting and dribbling ability he was moved all over the pitch. Juve very much see him as an inverted LWF and it’s very much his future current and position. But he can also play as a traditional right winger very well.

All the reports coming out tonight are the same as the ones a few days ago, in that AC aren’t willing to match what Roma want. I think this comes down to who will get the closest. We certainly have the financial power here but it really depends if we are willing to use it.
