Very worrying though that he fits the recent info from Herc of a versatile player that can play anywhere from midfield onwards. And combined with Trix saying were still looking in Italy :censored:

Herc did say it'll be someone most would be happy with, would that be Zaniolo though?

I would have rather got his replacement (Dybala). I don’t mind him, i think some are being overly critical of him and he does have potential. But signing him over some like Paqueta say would be crazy.

Esc- Fabio Paratici arrived in Milan: Thursday summit with Milan for Tanganga. Possible Italian solutions for Gil (like Sampdoria). But also incoming goals like Zaniolo
I'd assume hes just one of the irons in the fire for Paratici. This could as usual just be a smokescreen to push other deals over the line and maybe apply pressure. Paratici is a tactical genius too.

Whatever he decides in the end, I'll stand by it. He's given us a solid window so far. We can give him some leeway to work his tactics.

I haven't seen much of him but when I do see him he is clearly a good player.

If our medical department are happy that his body is ok after injuries then I think he is a good option.

Let's remember it's just an alternative to Kulu so we don't need someone desperately that we need to build the team around.

Coming in as a squad player we could do a lot worse. Wouldn't be happy if we were looking at him as a starter. Seems to have the size and leadership that Conte loves.

I guess it really depends on how much he’s gonna cost and if we are also bringing in another quality AM.

Guaranteed flop. No thanks.

I dont think we can stamp him that. If he plays, he usually performs.
Last season, he has played nearly 3000minutes across all competition - thats quite good going for someone with his ACL injuries. And he scored the winner in Conference finals.

Its a question of how cheap we can get him with minimal economic risk and what position we are willing to play - if we want him for a CAM role , it makes more sense than typical RW position.
He has 2 years left - If we get him on loan + obligation/option for 40mEUR (with fitness appearance clauses) could be good deal.

Don't shoot the messenger. But the last line makes for interesting reading.

would love for this to happen. Has a better physical profile for the league then Dybala. And can play in multiple positions across the front three and in midfield.

I don’t see Roma selling unless Jose wants rid, or they need the cash.
