I’m in the East South stand. I approach the ground from the North and wanted to meet up with some mates in the West stand. Not allowed in even two hour early via the West Stand and had to go to my normal entrance in the South East stand and then walk all around the ground to meet up with my mates. So much for the meet up early and enjoy the atmosphere. We will now meet up at our usual pub before and after. Your loss Levy.
Was you ever allowed into a different stand to where your ticket was?
Used to be you couldn't walk round to the west stand anyway so at least you can do that now.

Exactly , just no pleasing some people , just imagine if everyone who approached the ground from Seven Sisters & Tottenham Hale direction all decided to try and enter the stadium via the south stand turnstiles the queue would be back to Stamford Hill.

Not sure if this has been discussed before but does anyone know if the Paxton Place Spurs shop is still a thing? Towards the end of last season and on Saturday it looked empty.

Understand the frustration at the jobsworth nature of not being allowed in at your nearest entrance, but that’s nothing new. And it’s not like you’re being asked to walk through Mordor by having to go to the south stand to then walk back round to the west stand inside. You can still meet your mates inside. You wouldn’t have been able to do this previously.

Thanks for your understanding. As I said it’s Spurs loss and the pubs gain.

My youngest is six today. Taking him and his big brother on the stadium tour. Perks of indoctrinating your kids :woot:
Waiting to go on it myself with my nephew, dad and brother, just a timing thing; would love to able to combine it with watching a game but the stars need to align money and ticket wise.

Heading up to the stadium this weekend for the NFL, and wondered if anyone had any knowledge of the pre-game set up? Does the "square" get put into action with bars and food vendors etc?

Meeting friends who haven't been to Tottenham recently and they were planning on meeting elsewhere in London, as they didn't think there was anything near the ground...

Makes sense to me to head straight there with the Corner Pin and possible extras around... any info appreciated. ??

Don't know about the "square", you would need to contact the club. On Spurs days pre match I believe the south square is only accessible to those with tickets for the south stand as stewards check tickets at the the bottom of the steps and if you don't have a ticket for those entrances they stop you entering , no idea if the same applies for NFL.
There are still a variety of pubs near the stadium, Bricklayers, Coach & Horses, Beavertown, No 8, Antwerp Arms etc. If you are coming from Seven Sisters there is also Bluecoats & others.

Not sure about the Square for NFL games but they’ve had a big screen and food stalls up there for the last couple of home games so I don’t think it’s restricted to people with tickets in the South Stand.

For last year’s NFL games the Beehive was heaving with NFL fans from breakfast time so that’s a decent place to start while the other pubs along the High Road only filled up closer to kick off so it’s worth trying those if the queue to get served in the Beehive is too long.

Not sure on the square but last year there was a fair few activities around the ground, lots of food stalls set up on the main road . More than enough to kill a few hours ,then there’s all the pubs ect.

Bit of info on NFL in case you don't get the emails.

As previously communicated, the NFL returns to N17 in October and the following games will take place at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium:

· Sunday 2 October, 2.30pm KO: Minnesota Vikings vs New Orleans Saints

· Sunday 9 October, 2:30pm KO: New York Giants vs Green Bay Packers

The NFL London Games attract fans from throughout Europe and the USA, creating an atmospheric, family-friendly experience in Tottenham.

This year NFL have worked to adjust their fan arrival plans in an effort to limit disruption to businesses and local residents. Instead of a Welcome Zone, the NFL will focus on pre-game activities that can be quickly executed without significant infrastructure.

This will include roaming entertainment on the High Road throughout the day including drumlines and bands, a DJ on Park Lane, photo opportunities, and a food zone within the N17 arena. These activities will be open to both ticket holders and local residents.

I would have loved to have gone to the NFL games but getting tickets is impossible. Maybe single seats but nothing was possible in 2s or 3s.
