I have a technical question: when they winch up the roof cables, they obviously won’t pull on 100 cables at once. But which ones will take the load of the rest? I’d imagine like 20 motors running. At what point does the roof structure become one piece, so to speak?
That’s same as ours for roof lift.
There’s a lot of people who know precisely what it will be - you’re pretty definitive for example. I actually don’t know, as it was just an observation. It will be replaced once a stadium sponsor is in place.
Is there an estimated completion date yet? Can't seem to find one, anywhere....

Sure I heard trial is pencilled in for early August. And ready for PL mid September after international break. But the NFL fixtures are announced thursday. So it will definitely be ready.
It's ok, Liverpool got their millions of pounds subsidy from central government a few years ago when the American owners left.http://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/spor...s/new-everton-stadium-latest-bramley-14133652
Everton to get 2/3rds of the funding from a deal with the council. It would be quite interesting to know the reaction to that in liverpool. Can you imagine how bad it would go down in London if Boris had agreed to help pay for 2/3rds of our new stadium?!?!

Well, it only means it will be ready for the NFL game at the moment. But yeah you've got to think they are very confident.
