To think a year ago we just finished playing our last home game!!

Don't think it will be ready but who knows. Im sure I heard 31st May is a critical day to confirm whether we will have to push back our home fixtures to mid September. On fixture day announcement I presume we will know either way.
I think we'll have pushed them back already, no point leaving it really but I believe May 31st is the deadline for booking Wembley for next season or something like that.

Yes, there is a local labour requirement in th S.106 Agreement and a system for logging and monitoring local apprenticeships. But the subcontractor should have accounted for this in the programme. These requirements are commonplace and the requirement would have been in the tender document.

I can't see why the roof would be on the critical path. They still have three months to finish it. It's just that it's very visible and large-scale, so everyone is obsessing about the roof, as opposed to the complex operations indoors, which are invisible to the webcams, but essential for getting the building approved for use.
Speaking from experience, the s106 requirement for a % of labour to be within a certain area can be got around easily, if you're a specialist subcon with labour that is specially trained, as they would, that % of labour can never be achieved and subsequently wouldn't slow down the install of the roofing package at all.

Well we have to inform PL by Thursday. So if we haven’t requested an alternative and it isn’t ready then we are well and truly stuffed.

I'm sure that if that happened we'd be able to sort something out.

Not sure why our fans feel the need to worry all the time. Between this and the transfer thread half our fans seem to be nervous wrecks.

Agreed, people need to chill the fuck out. Quite a few SC posters demonstrate the reason we need to legalise Marijuana

There will inevitably be contingency plans in place. We could think everything will be fine for a certain date only for something to go wrong at one of the test events. It happens.

I’ve used marajuana for years and have absolutely no problem with it whatsoever.

Just tell me the stadium will be ready and we are re-signing Bale and we won’t have any problems at all.

JUST SAY IT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!!!

3 electricians came onto the site I’m on today having just finished the SCX sliding pitch trays at our ground.

They said if they requested washers they got exactly the number that was outlined on the plans. Very Levy ?

The feeling amongst them was inside is running very much to plan and the stadium will be ready to host premier league football come September.

Edmonton on coys:

Got to be a final decision on the NFL game in a week so I would hope for something official from the Club then.

Forgive my ignorance but wasn’t the announcement below the “official”statement. What are they supposed to say now? Not having a dig, I just don’t get it.

Yeah no idea. Maybe the tickets go on sale and seating plans revealed next week, that’s all I can think of. That’s was all that was in the post.

It’s going to be ready by that fixture anyway by the sounds of things.
