How about the guy from the Go Compare advert....?

I'd go to see that, providing your allowed to take a shotgun in with you.

Spurs fan or not, he is more annoying than @millsey and millsey is only less annoying since he got banned from the forum

Slightly off topic, I've just noticed that google maps streetview still has the pitch at WHL available

Driven past tonight. I work in construction and it is a hive of activity. I would be amazed if it is finished in time. I would love to be wrong.

Good job you work in construction or nobody would have taken that comment seriously otherwise.

They were playing around with it earlier today, had it half raised while some dudes tinkered around, but it really is a monster.

I've been watching the progress of the big screens being installed over the last two weeks.

It looks like a very slow game of Tetris

Why are the cassettes taking so long to install? They started 2 weeks ago. (isn't there something like 800 odd to put in!) I'm sure there's an obvious answer that's just gone over my head.

I'd guess because they'd get in the way while they're still craning stuff in and out, and because they're not particularly hardcore so any flying/falling debris could dink them, chip them, etc. so leave them til last and reduce the risk of spoiling any as you lift some piece of iron over the top.
