I'm fairly sure that traditionally Wembley was always the biggest pitch in the country, playing there was an honour but also a little more of a test. The rebuilt stadium continued this tradition.
UEFA only have minimum guidelines (which Wembley exceeds) from recollection. Not a set standard as there are so many different sized stadia over the years.
For you to be the top class UEFA categorised stadium (class 4) you have to have a 105m long, 68m wide pitch. Exactly what we're getting at NWHL. Old White Hart Lane would have been a Category 1 or 2 due to the small size of the 100m long x 67m wide pitch:

From recollection, the reason our stadium isn't a top class UEFA categorised stadium is because our stands are too close to the pitch.....noty because of the actual pitch.
Our new? Should only be the park lane that is too close and you can remove the first few rows anyway.
Yeah the new place. It can't hold any finals because of it. It will be in this thread somewhere.
It's a new camera position at least. Lots of guessing as to their purpose, but the conclusion seems to be that they're just acting as a sound/light barrier for those flats, due to the 24/7 schedule. Possibly complaints about the light since the old South stand vanished.New camera, or old camera reactivated - new south stand. What are the shipping containers for?

That's a relief - I thought it might be the sleeping quarters for Tottenham's new hotel which is going to be situated there I believe!Looks like a sound barrier between the site and the Park Lane residents.
Edit Oops I should have read Dan's response!
Well tell him to tell the other guy to get back and do some bloody work then! Holidays, pah!I'm sure it's bollox but a friend of mine is on holiday at mo and was talking to someone who's working on the construction site and he told him that there is zero chance that the stadium will be ready at the start of next season. How he'd know this, who knows. No idea what his role is there and I'm sure it's rubbish but thought I'd post anyway.

There's only one way to decide this......
You mean wait for a year, and then see. There's only one way to decide this......
