Well if you've got limewire or similar - there's loads of 'free' photoshop's available - or you could of course buy the full CS version for about £600. There's loads of tutorials online too - but you have to be prepared to put some time into getting used to the software (no matter what image manipulator you go for - esp photoshop) as the more advanced ones tend not to be overly user friendly.

Other than that - you could just have fun with paint - there's nothing wrong with that! :wink:
