Very excited by this... I think Capoue has looked solid defensively and decent in possession so far, add Schneiderlin to the mix and we will have a very solid yet creative, and very complete looking CM pairing.

Its odd how things change. This time last year we were excited by the possibility of an all Brazilian CM, only for Sandro to have another disjointed season, and Paulinho to flatter to deceive.

Now we are looking at the strong possibility of a very solid looking all French CM.

After the Willian debacle, understandably a deal isn't done until its all signed, sealed and delivered but that doesn't mean it's not highly probable that he will look to sign with us.

Oh I agree that the momentum seems to be with us, but trying desperately not to get carried away, as we have got excited over nothing many times before so am just being cautious.
