I think it just amplifies what a fucking disaster we had appointing those two horrible, devisive twats as managers. Levy was overwhelmly seduced by reputation.
i honestly don't think he knows what he's doing on the football side of the club.
He's done wonders with the ground and the training area because that's what he's good at. Improving company to ensure good return on sale.
If he can ever let go!!!!

Say it louder for the fans who don’t wanna hear it!

2 weeks until our next game 😔

Very intrigued how he utilises Johnson, clearly has a plan for him which is so refreshing to hear.

DL may just have got very lucky again with the appointment of Ange, because I'm telling you now, the managerial hunt was a shitshow yet again.

🎙️| Postecoglou in response to being asked if he wanted more from this transfer window:

“You know when you go through these things you always understand that there are so many moving parts that I think you rarely come out of it with an ideal picture but that doesn't mean it isn't a picture that can still work. We've still done a fair bit in a short space of time. When you look at the team we have got now, we virtually changed half the starting line-up, the way we play, the way we train, totally new coaching staff and training. It was never going to be one window this rebuild. Where we sit at the moment I'm really happy with the players we've brought in.”
We knew it was never gonna be a one window rebuild but we're 4 years and 8 windows into this now.

Well he went for slot first right?

I dunno about you but in my job when I’m recruiting for a vacancy I set a criteria, shortlist applicants, then interview candidates. Offer it to the preferred choice. If they turn it down then offer it to the second choice. The crucial point is that all the shortlisted candidates fit a predetermined criteria of what I feel is needed to thrive in the role. There is no ‘luck’ involved in the process.

Yes 'lucky', he wasn't first choice so we may have had someone else in charge right now. He was on the list from the beginning but he was not top choice. Same as he got 'lucky' with Poch when LVG was top choice.
He had to be on the list to get lucky.

I'm a recruiter for a major accounting firm I know how it works. I'm just saying he wasnt even 4th choice so rejoicing at how good levy is cos he fell onto Ange is missplaced.

The fact he was on the list meant he fitted the criteria of the kind of manager the board wanted for the club. Therefore I don’t see how ‘luck’ comes into it.
