Why are so many on here so nervous for today? It's the calmest i've been for a game in a while, Utd are genuinely really poor, especially at home when the crowd get frustrated.

If we get an early goal I can see us drubbing them tbh.
Because they nearly always find a way to beat us. Mostly with a lot of help from the officials.

Win this and it will show we are still in the title race despite a difficult period.

I'm confident we will go for it, but not sure how it will pan out.

Don't want to settle for a point as we have ground to make up.

If Kulu is fine then I am very confident about today.

Regarding the CBs, I think it will be VDV and one other. Either Romero starts or he comes on for the last 30. Whatever the combination I am happy to have three senior CBs suited to the system after having none for far too long.
Agreed, every time Kulu has played the 10, we’ve looked pretty good.

If we wear our home kit, we’ll win.

There. I’ve said it.

None of us like the odd choices of random away kits when there is actually no need.

First goal critical. Think this game and result will be a good marker for the rest of the season.

I worry a little to where the creativity will come from based on No Lo Celso, Maddison and possibly no Kulu. We need Johnson and Richy to step up today, as we cannot afford to carry anyone. Not sure who will partner Bentancur, hopefully not Skipp.

Where is the negativity coming from? Utd have been atrocious all season bar one game against Villa.

Reckon neither Romero, van der Ven or Kulusevski will last the entire game. Likely to be subbed, possibly Romero on for VDV and full Dragusin game.

Kulu is fine, he has to play really or u genuinely feel we have no chance. I'm intrigued by the CB partnership, does he go with a proven pairing of Romero & VdV with the flip side being the risk with both returning from injury or does he pair one of them with Dragusin who doesn't have the experience of the system or Prem but is fit. I think he's likely to go with Romero & VdV but it really is a lovely problem to have.
He’d be a big miss but this seems a massive overreaction. United aren’t good enough for even our weakest team to have no chance

They've had a few fleeting moments when they've clicked, but other than that they've been dreadful. They leave huge holes in midfield and we'll really hurt them if they don't address that. ETH seems a bit clueless to me.

A midfield with both Skipp and Hojbjerg would in my opinion, given the lack of creativity and technical ability in our front line, be one hurdle too many.

They have important players coming back from injury and they always up their game against us at Old Trafford. We are also missing our top goalscorer for this game.

Exactly. I can’t think of a single one of their players that can make things difficult for us.

A fat Casemiro, and a way past his best Eriksen is nothing to be worried about really.

I can see this being a score draw, which would be a great result…We haven’t done the double over this lot in decades and it’ll be hard to get anything at their place.
Would like to see Micky and Dragusin start and have a solid game, anything else would be a bonus. Have a feeling Werner will take a few games to get up to speed.

Yeah but we have our CBs back, a Romanian dragon and Turbo Timo Werner.
