Just sell the entire defence apart from Romero.

Royal, Doherty, Dier, Lenglet, Davies, Sessegnon, Lloris. None of them are good enough.

It’s gone on too long, it’s really embarrassing.

The good footballers in this team like Romero, Bentancur, Kane and Kulusevski stand out a sore thumb due to the ineptitude around them.

Painfully bad.
I can’t see anyone buying those players off us tbh. Which says it all really.

A couple of signings and I reckon we’ll go on a good run. Kulu, Bents and Richarlison back will see results pick up again now.
This. Can see how much better we are on the ball with benta in the side. Kulu getting better with match time as well. Porro, Ndicka/a cb, and Zaniolo and we’ll pick up

That whole left side of ours was awful. Davies, Perisic, Son. Lloris and Dier too. Lenglet not good enough.

The nature of the capitulation and lack of response in the last 15 being only a goal behind was the most disappointing thing for me this evening.

The deadly impact was the absolute disasterclass from Perisic. Skinned for the first goal, gave the ball away and then beaten on the inside by the runner for the second, wasted a golden chance to put us 3-2 up, and then missing the interception for the 3rd. 20 of the worst minutes you'll ever see.

At 3-2 I thought we were pretty disappointing. I know it's hard, I know we're getting tired, you've been punched in the gut by the turnaround... But still. The front three stopped running, competing, doing anything. The subs just made us a shapeless mess and killed any remaining rhythm. And then silly errors and lack of composure started to happen as we flailed around running out of ideas and running out of options.

The cherry on the cake was Lenglet's cameo, he was traipsing across the pitch like a first timer on rollerblades. Every step taken a struggle to keep his feet and he eventually gave them a fourth.

Oh and we also got Hugo being made to look a bit of a dunce again.

Signs of performance in the first 45 mins. No good though if you then revert back to calamity.

Oh dear.

I expect better from Perisic, Lloris, PEH, Son and Lenglet.
I think it's time we rested Son, PEH and Lloris as they aren't adding anything.
On the plus side Romero, Kulu and Kane looked sharp and great to have Bentancur back

Five points off the top 4 and we've played at least one more game than everybody above us. Next up Fulham and City again.

The back half of this team needs urgent, sweeping action before the end of this transfer window if we've any hope of salvaging anything from this season. No putting deals in place for the Summer window, no cheeky little handshakes with players going out of contract at the end of the season. We need better players at the back for the remainder of this season.

Son isn't finished. He needs a major break.

Can you enable trophies for your post? Fucking idiots more like it.

The players absolutely respond to the atmosphere of the club. 10-20 years ago, at least it seemed to me, that no matter what happened, the majority were behind just about every player through thick and thin and that's why VDV said we were a special club. Yes, there was an odd moan but the level of whinging when the game isn't even over is ridiculous.
That's not true.

Spurs fans have always been called fickle when in truth all football clubs have players the crowd aren't fans of.

You maybe right about players responding to positive energy but to say negativity is a modern thing isn't true.

I think it's a two way street. The fans pick the energy off the club and then the players feel the energy of the fans.

This team doesn't deserve our time at the moment. Everyone should be disgrace of their performance. Bunch of losers and soft jellies.
