I remember skipping school once (Hertford Grammar) to go and watch Luton. They had this brilliant young player called Bruce Rioch and we went specifically to watch him. To this day, I can't think why Luton would have been playing midweek during the day. I also recall them playing in white. Did I dream all this?

Hertford Grammar makes you a pre 1967 pupil! Or are you being posh and really it was Richard Hale😁

I feel heat and rivalry for this game out of my hatred for that shit bus you take between the train-station and airport. Shit airport too.

Anyone got that video of the Celtic fan singing their 'top of the league' song about Ange but changing the lyrics for Spurs to use?

We should sing that tomorrow if things are going well. Might be the only time we can!

It changed its name when I was in the 6th form.
Was a good school. Sadly I didn’t do well enough in my 11+ All my mates went there in 71. Probably did me a favour as I was easily led in those days and that year had a lot of fun doing things they shouldn’t 😂

This is going to be a different kind of test to what we've faced so far. They are deadly from set pieces and will try to bully and harass. I expect a difficult, tight game but one we should come out on top in.

As ever, I think we will need an early goal to settle the nerves and quieten the crowd. 0-0 up until the 97th minute nailed on then!

Had a good name when I first went there. I lived in Goffs Oak but my parents ignored much closer schools for that reason, I guess.

They’ve got a new monorail between from the station to the airport now. Just gets you to the shit airport a bit faster though.

This has all the earmarks of a potential banana skin that Spurs of old would slip up on.

Early kick-off, complacency after 2 good results, a few niggling injuries, can go top of the league with a win, etc...

Let's see how far we've come.
