Sorry mate, but he's been poor himself for a long long time now.
Not just that ,his leadership qualities must also be questioned if the team is constantly gutless as you say.

HE is a major part of the problem imo.
Seems like a really decent guy, but doesn't excuse him from the shit show.

All this is true, however it’s on the higher ups. Move him on, the situation is clear for everyone to see.

He just makes the whole team shaky. Dier not much better either. Criminal these 2 start so many matches. A solid defence makes the whole team comfortable.

And I guess people only want to hear about the first half anyway.
Feels like he was forced to face the music (which I’m fine with)
would have been fascinating to see him stand there next to Harry kane if the stories about a bust up are true (because I imagine he’d have been fully involved in it for sure)
