I have to say that I find Klopp to be the most dislikable manager I've ever seen in the Premier League. Even Mourinho during his peak Chelsea years was pretty insufferable, but Klopp is just a whole other level of wanker. He's just so aggressively bitter and arrogant. A real nasty piece of work.
I saw an interview with him a couple of years back and he said he didn't like his behaviour on the touchline at times.

i thought fair enough, he's aware of it and heat of the moment etc

But his post-match and pre-match interviews at times are really bad to watch and he does come across arrogantly.

His belittling of Sheffield United and Wilder was a bad one

True mate but at least shows us fans know what we are talking about sometimes 😊. It is mad that these ‘elite’ managers are paid millions yet every man and their dog can see all season our issue has been being outnumbered in midfield, baffling.
I do agree and I'm not defending Conte but he did go to 3 in midfield at Old Trafford and we were even worse that night.

I think the midfield 3 needed to come in but Conte was never trusting Deki or someone like that there.

It does show though that with the right application and a new attacking midfield we do have a way forward.

Well, that was entertaining. Both the match and a chronological scan though the posts on here. They'll be the death of us all if it carries on.

Obviously, you can't be giving teams 2 and 3 goal starts. We're a joke in defence at the moment and this deep lying passive play has to be ended once and for all. Combine that with Porro having very few defenisve or full back instincts and it's not looking great for improvement anytime soon. Siting back is so embedded in the side now after Mourinho and Conte and we'll need new players as well as a new coach and mentality to shed it. Ultimately, this might be a 50-something point season and that's a big failure.

On the up side, it does seem there is some team spirit in us and that's always a surprise in this weird season of super flat performances interspersed with 20-40 minutes of actual football. Kane is a beast for us and does so much more than score goals. Richarlison could be a beast if we work out how to integrate him properly. We need a better base though, and hopefully a new manager can make Bissouma a lynchpin of a much more functional midfield.

And the final word goes to Liverpool players predicting that Spurs 'defenders' will play a vital assist to them after a long ball. Salah was wise to it at White Hart Lane earlier in the season when he motioned toward a predicted sloppy back pass by Dier and was duly obliged. Jota did similar here with Moura, predicting a sloppy centre and taking merciless advantage of it. It's basic stuff and mistakes can happen, but when they are happening repeatedly and opponents can sense they're going to happen, it's very disappointing.

If you are on about the second goal that is on Dier. He unnecessarily pushes out of the back line and leaves a huge hole behind him. Romero was the closest to it but he shouldn't have been. Romero's part in it was minor compared to Dier being miles out of position.
Pushed up because of a 2 man midfield.....Dier is just the scapegoat for the haters. He'll still be in the team next season..

Man I want this season to be over with all ready. I'm sick of waking up in the morning to see and read all the crap about our great club (I live in Australia). And I feel so sorry for our fans who go home and away to watch this. You are a credit to the club. Levy was because he got us on a solid financial footing but an accountant can't run a football club in terms of playing staff and managers. Take a back seat Levy and leave the football to someone else... COYS.

Unlucky I thought. Three times hit their post, stone bonker of a penalty not given and not as far as I am aware referred to VAR. Let ourselves down again in the first thirty minutes but reorganised ourselves and got back into the game. Plenty of good/decent players for the new manager to sort out a good side for next season.

Agree, it doesn’t matter the formation unless the effort and intensity and application and intense to attack is there not just stirring off like lame ducks 🦆

And shouldn’t be. The little spell where he misplaced 3 or 4 passes was tragic to watch. Sanchez might have club feet but couldn’t do worse.

Woke up this morning and first thought was happy days it's bank holiday and 2nd thought was Lucas fucking moura. What a shitty way to wake up. I know we didn't lose solely due to him but fuck me that one still hurts

Can someone actually find out for me whether a team has ever come back from 3 down to level and then lose? In the P league? Apart from us..

Strange match. Pool roared out the gate and tore us the proverbial new one. 3 up they were delighted and sure they'd won in 15 mins. They slacked off. Shellshocked Spurs suddenly had an 'Every man to the pumps' crisis situation and the combination of these 2 factors meant the game stabilised and 'Pool stopped scoring for fun.

It's notoriously hard once that 'relax we've won' mindset starts, to re-concentrate on the game and 'Pool couldn't shake the relaxation. Meanwhile normal pressure was off us in the sense that we are not playing for anything and had very likely lost the match.

These 2 mindsets gave us the entertaining match that resulted. It gave us some hope, but really handing teams 3 goal starts and taking advantage of their relaxation is not a gameplan we need.

Reading too much into our comebacks vs relaxed teams 3 goals up would be a mistake.

Tragic Moura intervention tho, a real killer.

Classic Klopp deflection tactic. He knew they were fucking lucky to take all 3 points and that Jota shouldn't have been on the pitch so he comes out with some bullshit to put the heat on someone else.

100% this. Every story is about his reaction or his comments on Tierney. Had it been the other way around, the Jota kick would have been making the rounds for days.

I would urge anyone actually considering doing this to take up a career as a butler or get in touch with the poster directly to apply for the position of lackey :D
