Seriously and to try to lighten the mood a bit, does anyone have any tips or funny stories about staining their Spurs shirts? I love that we play in white as it just seems to look classy for some reason but if a gooner spills ketchup down his shirt it doesn't make a difference. When I was about 10 I had a ketchup incident all over my classic '91 home shirt and now I've gone and spilt coffee down this seasons kit. Its not too bad but I'm no expert in this area.

It's' so easy to ruin a Spurs shirt, I may get the away kit next year just to be safe but what am I looking at? Will that Clit Bang stuff do the trick? Or are there any old wives tales that anyone @CosmicHotspur or @Hot-Spur knows of that could help?

I've heard that rubbing a potato on a mirror will make it immune to fog so I'm hoping there are some fellow Yids who can relate and help me out with some equally whacky ideas. Just to confirm, I have washed it normally but there's still a feint brown shadow.

You're not being honest if you've never got pie on your shirt and not wanted to have to buy a new pie/shirt.

My Dad rocked up to a party after a game a few years ago and my (slightly) tipsy Mum spilled the contents of a glass of red wine on his, Dad was furious, they had a bit of a tiff and Mum stormed off.

5 minutes later, she marched back to Dad and threw a glass of white wine over him!

Wasn't as good as removing the stain as you'd think and he ended up with a big pink spoldge on his chest

Glad you posted that mate as I was seconds away from wasting a below average bottle of Pino Grigio.

Thanks Dinghy, I was hoping not to have to spend any money and someone would say I could rub on some kind of food waste but it looks like this is my only option.

Wasn't sure if was a literal thread or I was missing some kind of joke... Went with the idea that it was literal and played it deadpan...

I play cricket through the summer months and like to throw myself around quite a bit... Swear by this stuff for grass and mud stains (despite being a summer sport this is England after all!) and they're pretty tough to get out.

With my whites I give them a good soaking first with the powder and then also use the spray before throwing into the wash still wet. Don't let the stain dry in again.

I tell my girlfriend to make me cum over the stain. It's white Stuff and you'll enjoy the process...

Simply rub the potato on your cock in front of the mirror and you'll find you no longer care about coffee stains on shirts. That's my old wives' tale. Also, all my undies have faint brown shadows and I don't mind. It's a sign of character.

I was semi serious, I'm sure many of us have had an accident while wearing our glorious kit. If it was one of our Kappa kits I would just chuck it away but I like the current one. Your suggestion will be the one I actually use (y)

Rub some Dettol Mould & Mildew spray gently on the stain - only on the white part of the shirt or it will take the colour out of logos and other colours on the shirt.

It gets rid of just about every stain - even blood. So if you stab a Gooner through his shirt, you can not only get rid of the evidence but you can also get rid of the logo on the badge.

Thanks I'll give that a go, sounds like you've had some experience removing gooner blood stains in the past.
