Oh dear. Unless he can find a way to comes to terms with it, it appears Cisse will be on his merry way then. Who would they get to replace him? Could Ba find his way back to the NE?

I don't get it. The article says under his religions law he cannot benefit from money lending but he isn't actually being leant any himself, he earns his money. Surely that means this whole situation is just being played out wrong? It says Ben Arfa is still training just fine.

I think his gist is that by wearing the shirt he would be actively promoting it.

Would love too see Vinnie Jones, fashnua and Dennis wise at Newcastle.

Joe would come out say, that this is his dream team

Newcastle trying to get more exciting players. This time it is Gomis: http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/footb...castle-transfers-bafetimbi-gomis-move-2109465

I have to say. I don't like it, but on the other hand they also need to learn how to use the team right. Last season they did so many things wrong.

I see they are linked to both Darren Bent and Loic Remy as well. All players will be quite cheap in today's market. Not bad at all actually.

Even Bent can score a few goals, if he has the right players around him. At Villa he has so many bad players around him. They have bought a couple of good players in this transfer window, though. Same with Aston Villa - the team as a whole is really, really bad.

What's exciting about Gomis? I've watched him a fair bit and been very underwhelmed.

Not learnt your lesson then?

I'm not sure how you can base your whole scouting criteria on a skin colour and still try and act like you know your stuff.

Gomis is crap. He will fit in with Cisse who is equally crap bar a purple patch when he first joined.

Remy is decent though, wouldn't mind him at our place but that's mainly because he represents half decent value

yep,... gomis makes emile heskey look like greavsie.... barcodes have a mountain to climb this season. BUT, Hull and Palace looking like no hope of survival, so just the one relegation spot to avoid -- with Stoke, Sunderland, West Ham, and Saints fighting for that last spot means they have a decent chance. Oh but Pardew and all those mercenaries... <shakes head>

Most people don't understand it. That is the case. One of the reasons why many clubs are struggling. A lot of so called big name clubs are now in lower divisions. The main reason for this, is that they overspend on average players, which is not exciting at all. It is all about how to build a team.
