It seriously looked like he'd pulled a hammy either warming up or as soon as he ran on. He was limping the entire time he was on.Like he had a stone in his shoe.
Were you playing?Just back from the match. Utterly exhausted. Again, can't fully express just how fantastic the stadium is. I've always been proud of being a Spurs fan, even in the dark times. But the amount of pride take from being associated with that venue.
I need to rest up a little and have a bite to eat, also charge my phone which died just before the end, then I'll upload photos and vids
Yeah - I think events like tonight are good for Gazza. Sometimes you just need to know you are still loved. It seriously looked like he'd pulled a hammy either warming up or as soon as he ran on. He was limping the entire time he was on.
Which is a shame, but it was by far most important to just see him on his feet at all.
Yeah, I was the one dressed as Mickey Hazard. Apparently he was too big to fit into his strip so they had to replace him at the last minute. Were you playing?
First casualty of the slope. He warmed up down in front of me and seemed to limp then. Mabbutt said afterwards it was his achilles.
I got mine at 4:40So apparently the pie and pint for a fiver from 3:30-4:30 only works until 4:15. Classic levy
No Gamma day or neck oil being served from bars which they advertise it!
I’ve noticed it on both games tbh. Cutting up loads toocant remember seeing any issues from the parts i watched.
He was talking about Coyte, the lad running around interviewing everyone. The Spurs TV commentator? Still better than the couch commentator who does the interviews now. Any time a goal goes in he'd say "oh it's there". This one is far more professional. It was painful watching Spurs Tv highlights until last season when they employed this guy
His interviews were painful. He was talking about Coyte, the lad running around interviewing everyone.
Lot of pissed off supporters at the end, they make a big deal out of staying after the match and being free to move around the stadium but then shut off any access to south stand bar area (which is where the main atmosphere and bar area is) after the game.
Edit-Answer is obviously go in the south stand in future but there were some people getting properly pissed off, I was more mildly annoyed
Ready for safe standingWondered if someone could answer....watching the HT footage - why are there railings in front of each row of seats?
Sorry if this is a silly question.
The market place level one holds 3k so anyone who thinks it’s the place to go if you’re in any other stand is imo stupid. You can’t expect the market place to be able to cater for 62k. It’s basically designed for the 17.5k in the south stand.
