i have just had an e-mail back and the bill nicholson suite is £225pp + VAT and the oak suite is £265pp +VAT, the only real fidderence being the man of the match presentation is in the oak suite and the dress code is more formal in the oak suite

I have been in the Bill Nicholsen suite and it is very nice, we only actually sat in the suites, which are located in the upper corner between the park Lane and the shelf side. very good atmosphere around you, but no-one sings in the suite seats! There wasn't a dress code there at all!

as our carling cup game with everton has been confirmed for the 27th, it falls on my dads 50th birthday. my dad and i always go up the lane (season tickets blah). i need the forum's help with ideas to make this birthday more than special.

i have emailed the club to try and get him down in the dressing room pre-match, but no cigar, i also tried to send a shirt in to be signed, but no cigar.

i have had confirmed a birthday message on the jumbotron and in the programme but need other ideas that we could do on the night?

the lads that we go up with suggested a piss up in the billy nic, and trying to slip the poledancer some cash for a special birthday surprise but not sure!

any suggestions are appreciated

i would throughly recommend the hospitality in the bill nic suite, it is expensive but well worth an visit for a special occasion. I was lucky that we got the chelsea 4-4 draw in 2008, so 8 goals and an inclusive bar, legends such as chivers, jennings etc and the pre match tour of the dressing rooms and pitch was great.

got some saving to do before doing it again though and I guess normally the west stand upper isnt quite as noisy as derby day against chelsea
